Payment methods for shipments within Greece
We give you the opportunity to pay for your purchases in any of the following ways that serve you:
1) Cash on delivery (COD).
You have the opportunity to order the products you want from us and to pay the carrier at the moment you receive them. The one-time cost of cash on delivery management amounts to 2.50 Euros.
2) Deposit in a bank account.
Shipping costs from another bank are borne by the buyer. The entire amount of the order must be transferred to our bank account to be executed.

You have the opportunity to order the products you want and the payment to be settled upon completion of the order by card.
Payment methods for shipments to Cyprus
Payment for shipments to Cyprus can be arranged only by bank deposit and after consultation with the store.
Payment methods for shipments outside Greece-Cyprus
Payment can be arranged for shipments outside Greece-Cyprus only by bank deposit and after consultation with the store.
Sending an order within Greece
All shipments within Greece are made by courier. The products are sent to the address you have stated in your order within 2-3 working days if they are immediately available. Shipping will be charged based on the weight of the order.
The courier we work with is ACS. For orders within Attica the cost is € 2.60 and for the rest of Greece € 3.30 while for Cyprus the cost is € 20.00. Cash on delivery is charged an additional € 2.50 (courier management cost) to the shipping cost.
For your best service, we need your permission to indicate your telephone number on the cash on delivery.
Shipments to Cyprus are made through ACS, Elta courier and transport after consultation with the store to find the most economical option (based on delivery time and package weight).
The cost of shipping to Cyprus by air transport via ACS is 20 € for a package of up to 2 kilos. The calculation of shipping costs for the other shipping methods is done after consultation with the store.
Returns within Greece
You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. The products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
In case they are not returned within 14 days or in case the product packaging has been opened, then www.bmprofessional.gr may not accept any return and replacement.

In addition, for all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it (eg packaging, retail receipt, etc.). Prior to each return, it is recommended to make an appointment via email from the contact page, or by phone at +30 210-3255124, Monday-Friday 10: 00-17: 00.
In case of product return and change with a different product (eg change in shoe size) the consumer is charged with the shipping costs (go-come) to return the original product and to receive the new one.
Changes-returns to fashion materials can not be made in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council:

Article 16
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
Member States shall not provide for the right of withdrawal set out in Articles 9 to 15 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards the following:
(a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
(b) the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
(c) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
(d) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
(f) the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
(g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
(h) contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance.
If, on the occasion of such visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than replacement parts necessarily used in carrying out the maintenance or in making the repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods;
(i) the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
(j) the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
(k) contracts concluded at a public auction;
(l) the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
(m) the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
